You may never have heard of Cloudsoft Accounting Solutions but we'll forgive you for that. We've actually been around for 11 years now. We are a boutique accounting practice with a growing client base that is forged on our core values of respect, honesty and clear communication. There is no business too big or more importantly too small for us. We treat every client with the same level of respect and care, regardless of the size of the fee. Part of the Cloudsoft difference is that we have no set hours. What that means is we are not a 5 day a week, 9-5 accounting practice. We are available at times that suit you, the client. Whether you need us after hours or on the weekend, we will be accessible at times that work for you. We also make use of modern cloud-based software so we can connect with you no matter where you are in New Zealand. Ben Carmichael is the Director of Cloudsoft Accounting Solutions Limited. He has nearly 20 years of Accounting experience having worked in Public Practice Chartered Accounting firms, as an Accountant in the private sector and finally, experience working in the public service. Ben is proud to be a Registered Tax and Business Advisor (RTBA) as a member of the Accountants and Tax Agents Institute of New Zealand (ATAINZ). Ben prides himself on cutting through the Accountant speak and explaining things in a way that is easy for any business owner to understand.

We value you and your business. You've put the hard work in establishing your business and you deserve to be well looked after. The size of the fee you pay for our services isn't important, it's you and your business that are important to us.
honesty
You can't work with someone you don't trust. That's why we are always open and honest with our clients. We solve problems but we do so in a way that makes sense to you and more important is honest in what is achievable. We do not believe in setting you up to fail.

Communication is a big part of our values. If you choose to work with us we will never let you feel forgotten. You will get a service from us that is open and readily available to assist you at the times that suit you.

Sustainability

We are aware of our carbon footprint and do everything possible to ensure we are being sustainable. This is part of why we made the decision to be a "work from home business". This allows us to take advantage of solar power along with ensuring our work vehicles are EV's. We are a paperless business and send everything digitally, we're even using a digital notepad to take notes. It is rare that we see a need to use paper.
